1 unsexed Bumblebee Goby (Brachygobius doriae) approximately 3/4 to 1 inch in size.
Maxium Standard Length: 1 1/2″
Diet: Live foods such as blood worms, brine shrimp, daphnia, tubiflex worms.
Behaviour and Compatibility: Peaceful fish but very small. Other small brackish water fish are recommended.
Maintenance: Brackish water is required although the addition of freshwater will inspire spawning. The female will lay eggs under rocks and near plant roots and the male will fertilize them. The males are fairly territorial and will guard the eggs. They enjoy tanks set up with plenty of rocks and plants preferably live. Very easy to breed as it generally happens with a water change.
